Custom sales systems

Sell the way your product demands. Not the way a template allows.

We build online stores, product configurators and B2B ordering portals for retailers and manufacturers whose catalog, pricing or processes do not fit a standard store. Connected to your inventory system, payments and shipping.

One system

Product, price and order in a single pass.

From the first click to delivery, variants, pricing rules and order data move through one shared process instead of being re-entered at every step.

A catalog that does not fit a template

Variants, dimensions, materials, bundles and dependencies are guided and validated instead of running through free-text fields and follow-up questions.

Prices that come from rules

Material, quantity, customer group and surcharges add up to a traceable price, live in the checkout and not in a quote sent days later.

Orders that keep moving

The order arrives structured in your inventory system, production or warehouse. Nobody has to retype it or ask what was meant.

Where things stand

Where selling through standard stores usually gets stuck.

Standard stores are built for standard products. As soon as variants depend on each other, prices have to be calculated or business customers have their own terms, the manual work begins.

The product does not fit the template

Variants, dimensions and dependencies end up in free-text fields or notes. Every other order needs a follow-up question.

Prices are calculated by hand

The store does not know your pricing logic. Quotes are worked out one by one, and customers wait for a number they cannot get online.

Business customers order by email

Customer pricing, tiers and approvals live in spreadsheets or in someone's head, not in the ordering process itself.

After the order, the retyping starts

Orders are entered again in the inventory system, production or shipping. Every transfer is a chance for errors.

Your own sales channel

From the first click to delivery.

The process follows your catalog. Standard cases run through automatically. Anything that needs a review is handed to your team with clear rules.

No rigid off-the-shelf system. Your products, your pricing rules, your approvals.

What we build

Three ways to sell in a way that fits your product.

Depending on your catalog and customers, a different building block takes center stage. They always connect to the same systems behind them.

Custom online stores

When a standard store fails on your catalog or your processes: your own logic and workflows, built on an existing store platform or fully custom.

Product configurators

Variants, dimensions, materials and dependencies in a guided selection. Price and feasibility are checked live, and the result goes straight through as an order.

B2B ordering portals

Customer-specific pricing, tiers, contract terms, approval workflows and reordering for business customers who still order by email today.

Inventory, payments and shipping

Stock, orders, invoices and shipping labels flow between the store and your existing systems without anyone copying data across.

Buying and selling

A buyback system, run in reverse.

A buyback system identifies a product, assesses it against rules and calculates a price. A configurator does the same thing in the other direction. That is why we build both on the same architecture, and why proven building blocks from buyback carry straight over to sales.

Three steps, each useful on its own

How an idea becomes a working system.

Step 012 to 3 weeks

Assessment

We review your catalog, pricing logic, processes and systems and write down what pays off first and what can wait. You receive the result as a document you can use on its own.

Step 024 to 8 weeks per stage

Delivery in stages

Each stage is usable on its own, clearly priced, and puts a concrete part of the sales process into operation.

Step 03as agreed

Operation and further development

We keep an eye on processes, interfaces and metrics and evolve the system as your catalog and requirements change.

System Check

Before we build anything: where does your sales process stand today?

17 questions on your catalog, pricing, ordering process, inventory system and channels. Afterwards you can see how robust your system is, where the biggest lever sits and which step pays off first.

Frequently asked questions

What matters before the first conversation.

Do we need an entirely new store?+

Not necessarily. A configurator or a B2B area can often be added to an existing store. Whether that holds up or a dedicated build makes more sense is something we clarify in the assessment.

Which store platform do you build on?+

That depends on your catalog and your existing systems. We work with established store platforms as well as custom applications and only commit once the requirements are clear.

Can prices apply to individual customers?+

Yes. Customer groups, individual pricing, tiers and contract terms are part of B2B and are calculated directly in the ordering process, not after the fact.

Can the system connect to our inventory system?+

Yes, as long as the target system offers a suitable interface or reliable data exchange. We check the specific approach before implementation.

What rights do we get to the software?+

Once paid in full, you receive the agreed usage rights to the solution built for you. The exact scope is set out transparently in the proposal and contract.

30 minutes on your catalog instead of a slide deck.

Bring whatever you have: a price list, product data or a typical customer inquiry. We will tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
